If you're managing properties in noise-sensitive neighborhoods, some of these platforms also integrate with noise monitoring devices to flag issues during a turnover window.
Cleaning management doesn't exist in isolation. The most efficient STR operators build a connected operations stack where their property management software triggers cleaning jobs automatically, their smart locks grant and revoke cleaner access without manual codes, their channel manager keeps availability accurate across OTAs after a same-day turnaround, and dynamic pricing tools account for same-day booking gaps in their rate strategy. A cleaning platform that doesn't connect to these systems creates the same coordination problems you're trying to solve.
