Bedding durability comes down to specs, not brand names. Here is what separates the winners from the money-wasters.
A vendor worth buying from will tell you fiber content percentages, twist level, and how many washes they tested at. Ask for third-party wash testing results. If they cannot provide it, move on.
Calculate true cost per bed per season. Buy 4 to 5 sets per bed so you always have clean linens in rotation. Bed size matters. A queen set costs more, but you need fewer replacements over time than cheap units.
Edge support keeps guests from rolling off. Coil count matters for firmness retention after heavy use. Get samples or trial mattresses when possible. What feels good in a showroom might not survive 200 guest nights.
